When she bought her brand-new home, the bright white walls still felt completely builder-basic. Inspired by a favorite furniture piece in another room, we designed a bold blue geometric accent wall to give the bedroom the focal point it was missing. Now the reaction when people walk in is exactly what we hoped for: “Wow.”

The client wanted a popcorn ceiling removed to brighten the room, but older texture can require costly remediation. Instead, we sealed the existing surface, installed full-length white shiplap, and finished it with fresh paint. The result lifted the entire room while avoiding the cost and disruption of removal.

Once dark, dated, and largely ignored, this room received a full makeover guided by A.I. mockups. New plank flooring, board & batten wainscoting, fresh paint, a bold blue accent wall, mounted TV, and floating shelves turned it into a bright modern space the homeowner actually wants to spend time in.

This new-build nursery started with plain white walls. The mother envisioned something soft and calming, so we paired a gentle pastel green with a clean border-frame accent wall that adds depth without overwhelming the room. The finished nursery feels modern, peaceful, and timeless.

Working from a design the mother loved, we installed full-room wainscoting and recreated the detailed custom top border for a room that feels youthful now and polished enough for years to come.

This vaulted living room had great bones but felt dark and dated. We added six recessed lights, then transformed the existing dark shiplap with a custom whitewashed finish using watered-down gray tile grout, preserving the wood character while giving it a lighter, weathered look.
